At a lotto retailer
Prizes up to and including $1,000 can be claimed at participating Lotto Spot retailers. Visit a participating lottery retailer with your ticket and government-issued ID.
tip: Tip: Check with the retailer to ensure they have sufficient cash to pay the prize

Sask Lotteries Prize Payout offices are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (last appointment at 4 p.m.)
When you book your appointment, you will be asked a series of questions, so please have your ticket ready. Please note that depending on the amount won, prizes may not be paid during your appointment, in which case it will be available for pick up or mailed out at a later date.

By Mail
Mail your forms, original ticket, and photocopy of your government-issued ID to:

Things to remember if you’re claiming a prize by mail:
Make sure you call Player Care at 1-800-665-3313 during normal business hours before sending in any claim worth more than $1,000. Prizes over $1,000 require additional paperwork, which we can provide to you when needed. You can send claims under $1,000 directly, without contacting Player Care in advance.
All risks of sending tickets through the mail remain with the player. You can take a scan or photocopy for your records, but the original ticket is required for claim.
What to bring or include
Whether you’re coming in person or mailing your claim, make sure you have:
Government-issued ID
Government-issued photo ID or A front and back copy of 1 piece of Government-issued ID or A front and back copy of 2 pieces of Government-issued ID

Original Ticket
We recommend you keep a scan or photocopy of the ticket for your records
For mobile app purchases
- Present the barcode from the My Tickets section of the Lotto Spot! App on your phone.
- Paper copies are not accepted. Protect your barcode — whoever presents it is considered the rightful claimant.
- WCLC will only pay a prize once per barcode.
